Click the + New List button or tap any quick-create button in the sidebar (Grocery, Shopping, To-Do, etc.). Choose your list type and give it a name. Your new list appears instantly and is ready to use.
Type your item in the Add an item bar at the top of the editor and press Enter or click + Add. Optionally set a priority level, due date, quantity, and note for each item before adding.
Click the checkbox to mark items complete. Drag items up and down to reorder them. Hover an item to reveal the edit (✎) and delete (✕) buttons. Use the sort menu to automatically sort by priority or due date.
Use the Status filter to show all items, active only, or completed items. Use the Priority filter to focus on high-priority tasks. Search any keyword to instantly highlight matching items across your list.
Click the ✎ Edit button on any item to open the full edit panel. Update the item's text, priority, due date, quantity, and add a detailed note. All changes save automatically the moment you confirm.
