Welcome to WebNotePad. By accessing or using our website and tools (including the online notepad, diary, mind map, and other productivity features), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
1. Description of Service
WebNotePad provides free, browser-based productivity tools such as a notepad, diary/journal, mind map, list maker, and related utilities. The service runs entirely in your browser. We do not require accounts, and we do not store your notes or diary entries on our servers.
2. Use of the Service
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." You use WebNotePad at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time without prior notice.
3. No Account & Data Responsibility
WebNotePad does not use user accounts or cloud storage for your notes and diary entries. All such content is stored only in your browser’s local storage on your device. You are solely responsible for your content and for backing it up. We are not responsible for any loss of data caused by clearing browser data, hardware failure, browser updates, device loss, or accidental deletion. We strongly recommend using the Export / Save as PDF or TXT features regularly for important notes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use WebNotePad only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the website or its features
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the application in ways that harm the service or other users
- Use the tools to create, store, or distribute content that violates applicable laws
5. Intellectual Property
The WebNotePad name, logo, website design, branding, and original code are the property of WebNotePad / its creators. You may freely use the tools for personal or professional purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or claim ownership of the WebNotePad application, source code, or branding without prior written permission.
Any content you create with the tools (notes, diary entries, etc.) remains yours. Because that content stays on your device, we claim no rights over it.
6. Advertising
WebNotePad may display advertisements provided by third-party partners such as Google AdSense. These ads help support the free availability of the tools. Advertising is subject to the partners’ own terms and privacy practices. Your use of the site constitutes acceptance that ads may be shown.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
WebNotePad makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebNotePad and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
