WebNotePad provides a browser-based text editing interface. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." You use this service at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

2. No Account / Data Responsibility

Since WebNotePad does not use accounts or servers to store your data, you are solely responsible for your own content. We are not responsible for any loss of data caused by browser clearing, hardware failure, or accidental deletion. We strongly recommend using the "Export" feature regularly to back up important notes.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use WebNotePad for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to disrupt the integrity or performance of the web application.

4. Intellectual Property

The WebNotePad brand, logo, and website design/code are the property of WebNotePad. You may use the tool for personal or professional use, but you may not redistribute the application or claim ownership of our source code without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

WebNotePad makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WebNotePad or its creators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on WebNotePad.
